Please...in appreciation of the time it took me to write and prepare this
tutorial...leave my name attached to it as it's author.  Feel free to share
it with others so that we ALL may learn, but do not claim it as your own
creation, nor place it on any web site without my permission.  You may
NOT place this on a CD that is offered for sale. This tutorial was written
by me and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.
Thank you:)))!

This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but it can easily be done in other
versions.

I included two blings made by RobertaDesignzNI

http://robertadesignzni.com/tubeweb/wbp/blingindex.htm
I think her site is closed down now but you can find some
more blings here.. http://www.nmstutorials.co.uk/ .. Click
on the Glitter Anims tab when you get to the site which is
where you will find the blings.

Bling Supplies I used:

This tutorial is mainly to teach the 'Drag and Drop' method
of adding these blings to tags you have already made in PSP.

Ready to start?

Open a tube bling in Animation Shop.  You will notice it has several
frames.

Click on the first bling frame (the colored one) to select it and then
delete that frame.

Now click on Edit-->Select all....All your bling frames are now
highlighted (they all show blue around the edges).

In PSP, open your tag and click on Layers-->Promote Background
Layer if it is a jpeg tag.  Now duplicate that layer until you have as
many layers of the tag as the amount of bling frames in Animation
Shop.  In this case the bling had 4 frames so I duplicated my tag 3
times for a total of 4 layers. I renamed them F 1 through F 4:

Save it and then open it in Animation Shop.

Highlight all of the frames of the tag frames...the same way you did
the tube animation above...so each frame has blue around them also.

Make sure the slider on the bottom of the Bling and tag frames is all
the way to the left.

Then, align the tube frames behind your blank animation so
you can see it.

Now, while holding down, your Ctrl key...left click on the first frame of the
blings and drag and drop to the first frame of your tag animation.  Don't
let up on your Ctrl key until you have it place where you think you want it:

If your bling disappeared, just click on the top of the blue frame, then
click on Edit-->Undo Drag and they will show back up.

Now we need to add another corner.  Click on your Bling, then click on
Animation-->Flip.

Now do another 'drag and drop' to the upper right
corner of your tag:

We have to add the left top corner so click on Animation-->Mirror
and do another drag and drop:

Add the bottom left corner by clicking on your bling and then
Animation-->Flip.  Now drag and drop again onto the left corner.

You can close out your bling now.  When the window comes up asking
you if you want to save changes, just click No.

Click on your Play Animation     button to see the animation.
See how easy that is?

You can resize the tube bling frames in animation Shop by clicking
on Animation-->Resize.  I would suggest not resizing any more
than 85% at the time or it will blur it too much.

Here is a tag I made in PSP and then added the two different bling
animations to it in Animation Shop.  These two blings had 21 frames,
so I had to duplicate my tag 20 times to have a total 21 frames.

I hope you have enjoyed this short tutorial and if you have
questions, please just e-mail me with the name of the
tutorial in the subject line...NiteOwl0512@aol.com.
